How To Place An Order

Please include the following:

• Bill To / Ship To Address
• Name of contact, along with phone and fax numbers for that person
• List NYS - Office Of General Services Contract item(s) and any discounted options; along with corresponding prices
• Please be sure to specify color of item(s) you are ordering
• Please specify pickup or delivery
  • If vehicle(s) is being delivered, please add delivery charge(s); per NYS - Office Of General Services Contract delivery schedule and send directions to your facility from the nearest major highway
• Please enclose DMV information - NOTE: we do not register your vehicle for you. We provide DMV paperwork. This paperwork has to be exact for the DMV. We are requesting either a copy of a registration or title from a vehicle you currently have registered
• If your organization requires a claim voucher to be filled out to process payment, please send with purchase order

Please fax either of the following: a purchase order, claim voucher, or letter of intent to 585-586-7706, then mail the original to the following address.
